1. Refund & Return Policy

1.1 Refund & Return Period

  • 7-Day Free Return: You may apply for a return or refund within 7 calendar days from the day after delivery, without providing any reason.
  • Quality Issue Return: If the product has quality defects, wrong items, or missing parts, you can apply for return, refund, or repair within 30 calendar days from the day after delivery.
  • Overdue Applications: Applications beyond the above periods will be handled at our discretion, and acceptance is not guaranteed.

1.2 Conditions for Returns & Refunds

Eligible Cases

  • The product and its original packaging must remain unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
  • All tags, labels, accessories, free gifts, manuals, and warranty cards must be returned intact.
  • For quality issues, clear photos or videos proving the problem are required.

Non-Eligible for 7-Day Free Return

  • Custom-made products (e.g., engraved, personalized, or made-to-order items).
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, live pets, flowers).
  • Intimate apparel, underwear, socks, and other personal hygiene products.
  • Opened audio-visual products, software, digital recharge cards, and other digital goods.
  • Clearance/sale/defective items explicitly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

1.3 Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • 7-Day Free Return: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please prepay the shipping fee; we do not accept collect-on-delivery packages.
  • Quality Issues/Wrong Items/Missing Parts: The seller is responsible for return shipping costs. Contact our customer service to arrange reimbursement (you will need to provide a courier receipt or proof of payment).
  • Exchange: Shipping costs for exchanges follow the same rules as returns.

1.4 Application Process

1. Submit Request: Contact us via the “Contact Us” page or customer service channel, providing your order number, a description of the issue, and photos/videos of the problem.

2. Review & Response: Our customer service will reply within 24 hours (on working days) with the review result and return address.

3. Return the Goods: Please send the product back to the designated address within 7 days after approval. Failure to do so will be deemed as automatic abandonment of the application.

4. Inspection & Refund/Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will complete the refund or exchange within 7 working days. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

1.5 Special Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject the application or deduct corresponding fees if the returned product is found to be intentionally damaged, missing accessories, or no longer resalable.
  • For damage caused during delivery, please inspect the package on receipt and take photos immediately, then contact customer service promptly. Delayed claims will not be accepted.
  • This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Interim Measures for the 7-Day Free Return of Online Purchased Commodities. In case of any conflict, the relevant laws and regulations shall prevail.
