  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • International Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.
  1. Order Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the “My Orders” section.
  • For international orders, tracking may only be available until the package leaves the origin country.
  1. Delivery Issues
  • Failed Delivery: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Please contact us immediately if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
