- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

- Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and visiting the “My Orders” section.
- For international orders, tracking may only be available until the package leaves the origin country.
- Delivery Issues
- Failed Delivery: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
